This made my Ruger American .308 much more quiet. It is my first suppressor. I just love it. The weight seemed fine (compared to the weight of the rifle). My shot groups remained unchanged at 100 yards. The quick release is handy. I intend to get a 300 blackout now and use this can for both rifles.
