You can debate legalities all you want, I’m simply choosing to go beyond to help prevent the paragraph you just wrote from happening. And like you said “I don’t think there’s a wrong or right way, That’s just my way”.

And to add, I found on the interwebs a form letter explaining to your CLEO why he has your ATF paperwork in his hands, and who to contact if he has any questions. I send all CLEO notifications certified = proof that I’ve done my part according to the goofy ass laws.

This is my second eFile this year. The first was done two months ago and was approved in 28 days from date submitted. Fingers crossed this one goes just as quickly.
