Two reps were contacted back in late Feb. Both called and it did nothing. It’s in the hands of the FBI BC. A friend who was on the protection detail of one Senator called to try and moved it along. 145 days.

A form 4 was approved a few days ago. That doesn’t help in the least. All bc are separate.

I contacted two Senators and a Congressman weeks ago. Useless. All they do if forward the bs they get from the atf rep.

One didn’t even bother to read the details of my issue and checked the wrong form.

Yhose agencies could care less when politicans reps contact them.

I think the days of the 14 day approval are over. Seems like 25 to 30 getting to be more common.

My NH Congressman is usefell. Filed a request and nothing since mid Feb. Two Senators contaxted the ATF and got the standard form letter. Nothing after that.

No way to get any info. Meanwhile NIC checks get approved in minutes. .

Hate to say it but I’ve seen a few well over 400 days. Mine was 6/12/18. Took them until a week ago to tell the dealer two corrections had to be made.

“ATF received 339,278 applications.”

So over 67 million in revenue. and they still can’t get it right.

They will get thecstandatd form letter blaiming the shutdown and a 10 month average wait.

Send to everyone. They ask if you notified anyone else.

If that were only true. Both mine were contacted. Ten days after submitting the tax form the ATF comes back with the same canned reply.

All you have is the tracking number to use to determine arrivial of the prints.

They are still processing late May into early June.

The shutdown is more of an excuse than reality. They use it when I call about my Efile that’s on day 115 when approval submitted during and after cleared.

Other approval dates are meaningless. Each examiner approves at their own rate nd it is dependent on how many actually take the time to post the details of the approval. Every time I see dates close to my pending date, five come out weeks behind it.
