I always received mine pretty quickly — like same day — but my last Form 1 was in June. I have heard that it is taking a lot longer currently.

It can also take longer if you are doing a Form 1 silencer and it goes “pending research”.

You still need to submit prints. ATF doesn’t keep anything on file for purposes of future Form 1/4 submissions.

This confuses me as well. The options for Form Type are:

(a) Dealer Had in Stock
(b) Form 3 to Dealer
(c) Form 4 to Dealer
(d) In State Individual
(e) Suppressor
(f) MFG->Dealer->Dealer

Same here trying to add Dead Air Wolfman. Pretty sure the submission form is just broken.
