I don’t think anyone in any state can e-file any forms except maybe form 3’s. Once 41F took effect they removed the efile function for form 1’s. Form 4 efile was down well before 41F.

My dealer wrote the Model as “M16” and the caliber as “223” even though the lower receiver is stamped “Colt M16A1 CAL. 5.56 MM”. Not the way I would have filled it out, but it was approved… In the “approved with the following conditions” box there is just a little “swoosh” as if to say no conditions.

Same problem for me. I tried IE and Edge on PC, and Safari and Chrome on MacBook. Can edit and make updates to item, but clicking the “check” button to save does nothing.

Not sure what recourse you have, but I’d definitely ask to try to get a little more information other than that it’s still pending. However, I guess the worst case is that there is a room filled with forms and yours got out of order and is mixed in with some June/July/beyond submissions. I had four form 4 checks mailed to the ATF in June last year:

Mailed – Cashed
6/15 – 6/21
6/15 – 6/21
6/22 – 6/28
7/7 – 7/19

If you have a “mailed” date of 5/25, and cashed 7/12… I might call BS on the “mailed” date. All of mine were roughly 1 week from in mailbox to check cashed, from Nevada to Atlanta, GA. I guess it is possible that…[Read more]

Fortunately, you are not correct. A couple hours after my post above from yesterday, my dealer told me he had received my stamp. No more ways to go (for this stamp), except to the range in an hour to have some fun.
