AAC Mini-4 purchased from dealer. Form 4 2 person trust. Second can purchased by this trust (prev can bought in 10/15…received 11/16).

Application returned to dealer for omitted entry and returned mid-may. Made the call today and…pending. 260 days and counting. Man, I wish I hadn’t made someone up there mad…2 person trust. Check cashed 11/13/17. Got call from dealer to come by…when purchased, atf had told dealer to have responsible parties put photo and all personal info on blank sheet (2 sets). Well obviously they’ve come up with an official form now. Looks just like what we’d already filled out, but I digress. Good news is mid-November check cashed apps are being worked on and maybe i’ll have stamp/can in hand in a couple weeks! sp
The tracker on the front page, I don’t think is accurate at all. It’s based off information volunteered by people, nothing official (I don’t believe). It seems turnaround has quickened greatly since the first of the year. I purchased last October and payment verified mid-November…seller got form back to enter a missed s/n on copy page and I had to fill responsible person form out. At time of purchase, atf was telling merchants to have rp’s to affix photo to blank sheet of paper and put all personal info on with it. I guess they have an official form now…good news is forms being overnighted today and hopefully i’ll have stamp w/in 2 weeks. Hope this helps. SP
