Send an email to email@example.com ask them why you have not received your Tax stamp yet. Give them your Name or the name of the Trust, Serial number, the name of the Transferor. You will also need to sign it or it will be rejected. I had to do this for a Form 1 application and a week later I received a replacement.
It shouldn’t take longer than a week for your dealer to get it.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org email them a request for a replacement and they will need the ATF control number, the Mailing address, Serial number and a signature and date. I had to do this for a Form1 app and I got a replacement about a week later.
Called ATF on April 8th and the status was Pending. Get a call on April 16 from the dealer that they have my tax stamp and I could pick it up. So it seem that the ATF system is lagging behind.
Griffin Armament GP5

Now the long wait for My
Q Half Nelson
Nice, I have a SS trust, Griffin Armament GP5, Check cashed on 06-25-18 and
a Q Half Nelson, Check cashed on 09-06-18. Both are still pending of course
but it sounds like my GP5 approval should be coming up in a couple of months
and the Half Nelson should be in by the time I get back to the States in December. 🙂
I filed through Silencer Shop before they reactivated the E-File system, and I have a copy of my Form 1 application. I talked to the ATF and they told me I could either Mail, Fax or email them a request for a replacement and that they would need the ATF control number, the Mailing address, Serial number and a signature and date.
I contacted the ATF last Thursday to check on a Form 1 and a Form 4 application and was told that my Form 1 application was approved back in November. As of right now I still haven’t received my Tax Stamp. Has anyone else have this happen to you and how did you resolve it?
