Finally, as I approach the 1 year of waiting mark, I decided to give a call for an update. I’m happy to report, that my SBR Form 1 trust, paper filed was approved 6/21/2017. Check Cashed 7/15/2016. Still waiting on the stamp, but I’m happy that at least I know I’ve been approved. I’ll update the tracker as soon as I receive the stamp.

Things seemed to have really bogged down again. Form 1 Trust, paper filed, check cashed 7/15/2016. Still waiting. Over 11 months.

Are you guys all posting on the transfer tracker, or just posting the dates here in the forums? Kind of undermines the whole purpose of this web site if you’re not entering your dates on the transfer tracker.

I’m just a few days behind you. They charged my credit card on 7/15, so I’m hoping my approval has already been done or just days away.
Where does the Form 1 stamp get mailed to? The address of the trust?

What is the consensus opinion on what will happen to Form 4 trust wait times, after the last pre July 13 41f form is processed? Could be quite a vacuum in the days and weeks following. I’ve been hearing suppressor manufacturers are hurting right now because no one is buying, waiting for an HPA ruling. Might be a great time to buy.

Where does the stamp get mailed for a Form 1 Trust? I’m converting an existing Sig 516 AR pistol I own to SBR. Will the stamp be mailed to the address of the trust?

3 stamps received this week. Form 4 trust. Checks all cashed 6/24/2016. All approved 3/24/2017. (9 months to the day.) Stamps all received 3/30/2017. Yaay! FWIW, the site is still not allowing me to update “My Transfers” data.

This problem still persists. Received 3 stamps this week. Trying to edit and update but not saving. Tried on both Safari and Google Chrome. Same results, so not thinking it’s browser related. This great site could become worthless if this problem can’t be rectified and new data added.

What date did your check cash? I’m waiting on a Form 1 Trust as well check cashed 7/15/2016.
