      Howdy from Texas-

First post on the forum. I purchased a Sig Rattler SBR in .300 blackout on March 2nd, 2018 and the check was cashed on March 7th, 2018. I’ve been popping in at the gun store for the last 6 months. Finally called the ATF yesterday and was told that it was approved March 11, 2019. I asked how long it takes once it’s approved for the ATF to send the paperwork to the dealer and they said at the most it should take 30 days. Gun store says they haven’t gotten anything.

This will be my third at bat for a Tax Stamp. I waited almost 2 years for the first two (SilencerCo Hybrid and Criss Vector II SBR).

We are at 571 days and counting FML…

Have you had your dealer apply for a lost stamp yet?
