Is it just me or does everyone else have to go to the last page (page 56) of this particular post area to read the newest posts? Seems like when I click Form 4 individual I should be looking at the latest posts not the oldest posts. To whomever is admin’ing this page please fix this.

Hell, they wont get rid of LesGemn spamming the forums, what makes you think they will do a thing like that?

This website was killed the day silencershop bought it.

The corpse has just been slowly rotting away for the last 2 and a half years.

It may be a dying corpse but from what I found there isn’t another site that helps ease the pain of waiting like this site does. If anything it gives you dates that you can reference to sort of be able to gauge where your application process is at. If there is a better option out there please share with the group I’d be more than willing to jump ship to a better option.

Shame. This used to be a very helpful site.

As I was writing a note to whoever is running this show I noticed the LesGemm spam postings are gone. Somebody listened and took action it looks like. Now if they can make it so I get the latest post at the top of the page instead of on the last page at the bottom. If your listening moderator please change that also, thank you.

Not bad but very limited. What I like about this site is the forum. The fact that we can talk to each other. I trust you guys more than I do the moderators of this site.

I agree with all of the pet peeves people have listed about this site. For the fourth time I will register mine. It’s the bar on graph labeled, “F4 Individual – EFile”. According to Silencer Shop, “As of April, 2014 the ATF has not been accepting new Form 4 submissions via eForms.” So what data is represented on those bars on the 12 and 3 month graphs? I must note that the numbers on that bar do change. How can that be?

    AR15.com (dedicated subforum to nfa)
    M4Carbine.net (dedicated subforum to nfa)
    pistol-forum.com (dedicated subforum to nfa)
Tons of state and regional specific forums, I don’t know where you’re from, but a little google will help you there.

Capitol armory also has a tracker.

AR15.com has an entire forum dedicated to NFA, with a ton of knowledge there, industry experts, and people that have been doing the NFA thing since way back when you could buy a new machinegun. Not only NFA, but while you’re waiting you can read around the other parts of all those sites (arfcom, m4 and pistol forum) and probably learn a lot.

The point is, this forum is honestly just about the worst source for anything. It’s low traffic and low membership compared to the main internet gun boards. The only thing it has going for it is the colorful graph. Most other sites just have threads with approval times listed, which is usually just as good. We’re all only looking at the latest approvals on the graph anyway to see where we are.
