Not that the ATF/NFA has been consistent either, but I would say to ask a Rep from the NFA. OR just get another trust. I am having little faith in the NFA due to the fact I have had different answers. The only person I spoke to that seemed to know what she was talking about was Meagan. At least that is what I think her name was. I will say she did clear up the whole FBI losing paperwork for me. She stated that they send everything over electronically for the Background checks.
