He gave me exactly, and I mean exactly, the same runaround. As a small business owner myself, I’m inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service–sure, mistakes happen. But since it happened to both of us and the way he’s handled it, not so much. Now I feel lied to. I’m glad you posted and let’s keep our fingers crossed for everything to turn out alright in the end. I’m inclined to ask for some sort of shop credit or rebate.
