Reply To: Form 1 E-file Wait Times
Well my control number is 3190xx which was on July 4 2016… I was thinking another month based on the submission dates from others. But going buy control numbers, could be longer.. Oh well. They come when they come… I just feel bad for people that have them kicked back now as there is no way to resubmit it on efile…. I had one kicked back, and emailed the examiner the new control number, after resubmitting an new form 1 and had my stamp in 2 days…
