Reply To: Form 4 Trust
Is there anyway to cancel a Form 4? Mine was sent back to the dealer for a typo (one digit off on the zip code). The dealer said that he corrected it and sent in back and that I’d “should” be approved before the end of the month…yup, December. My form was submitted in April, check not cashed and I’ve been told here and from the ATF that I go back to the bottom of the list.
If that’s the case, I’m not waiting an additional eight months for approval. Pretty stupid that I’d have to wait 16 months for something I paid for back in April.
