3 form 4’s with card charged on April 11 were approved on Nov 20 and received by 2 different dealers on Dec 12. Another form 4 with card charged on April 18 also arrived at dealer on Dec 12. So that’s 4 stamps received from April 11 and 18. They’re moving faster than I really expected. A year ago they were coming back in 90 days sometimes, I had transfers in 2008 and 2009 that took over a year when examiners were assigned differently, but there were only a handful of examiners then too. They now go to the “next available” examiner and they all move at slightly different speeds and some wait longer than others to mail forms…so there are many variables that can throw your estimated time off by a month or more, but they are moving
