For what its worth I purchased 2 machine guns from Ruben Mendiola in Miami in mid March. Stamp was approved Oct. 28 and Rueben called me the morning of Nov. 8 immediately after opening the ATF mail. I got my two new guns and a new President on the same day. The guy who had the appointment after me was picking up FORTY THREE machine guns! Oh the envy 🙁
