The following four Form 1/Trust E-file SBRs were completed this year:
Submitted – Finalized – Permit #
2/17/2016 – 7/30/2016 – 132,0XX
3/18/2016 – 7/30/2016 – 165,0XX
These two were disapproved, and I resubmitted with fixes within 48 hours via email, they were issued new Permit numbers and finalized.
Submitted – Org Permit # – Resubmitted – Finalized – Final Permit #
12/29/2015 – 78,8XX – 3/28/2016 – 3/29/2016 – 176,8XX (Org Permit number started with 2016)
12/30/2015 – 80,3XX – 4/6/2016 – 4/9/2016 – 194,2XX (Org Permit number started with 2016)
