I’m not an attorney but I’ll bet it’s illegal for that dealer to use your silencer while you’re waiting for ATF approval. That is your property and I would not appreciate that if I were in your situation. I know it’s definitely immoral. I live in the Lynchburg Va. area and my class 3 dealer would never do such a thing. If it bothers you, try to find a dealer with a better conscience. If you’re anywhere close to Lynchburg and want to know my class 3 dealer is 1st class. It sucks to spend that much money and be treated like crap. In my opinion that is a huge issue these days, there is a lack of consideration in a lot of people especially in business.
