Reply To: Form 1 E-file Wait Times
Logon to the eForms site (which is down for maintenance on Wednesdays). Under My Forms, expand Submitted/In Process, then click on the eForm you submitted. One of the columns will be Permit Number, in the format 2016253000. Just omit the 2016 part, and the remaining number is what everyone is referring to. This is also your Application Number, and sometimes referred to as Control Number. It should be on the initial email you received when you submitted your eForm.
