If they were smart, they would NOT have them all share common permit #s. That’d be a terrible system for organization (I think), a form 1 be permit # 2016000001 and a form 4 be 2016000002 if that were the order they were received in. You’d have form 1s, form 3s, form 4s, form whatevers all as separate permit groups, separate “piles” each with distinct consecutive numbering systems.
