Reply To: Anyone else out there?
My Form 4 stuff reappeared this morning, but I noted that the state info was no longer shown. Tried to re-enter my state, and the form tries to force entry of the current date as the approval and stamp received dates. I had to clear that manually. When I refreshed, the state info was still not present, and it had marked all of my paper forms as having been e-filed.
