I actually talked to my Examiner at 9 months he told me my background check was delayed and was just waiting to hear back from the FBI which to me is crazy because I have a Louisiana concealed carry license and had to have an FBI background check and nics background check I was approved quickly and had my license within 12 days which allows me to buy firearms without a background check but now I’m stuck in the black hole over 4 months on a background check
