Mochool, if had not had the application from November I highly doubt the one from March would have been approved so soon. I feel like if you already have one on the books they will batch them. (In most cases)
Since it was approved a few days later, I figured that Robin just happened to remember your name and chose to expedite it (after confirmation that your details were the same).
It would be nice if there was a consistent batching process. With everything being entered into a digital system, there is no reason the examiners couldn’t do a query for any other outstanding forms and batch approve them at that time. It would be a tremendous time saver while reducing the processing overhead.
