ATF certainly doesn’t give… its not random but, there isn’t much order to it. (rumor) There was a cart or batch of forms that got bumped to the front by accident. There are plenty of us who’s checks were cashed 05/06/07 of 2019 and we are still waiting, unfortunately there are even more who have been waiting way longer than that.
