I dont think it’s really about how they’re getting assign. Its that they changed their system some point middle of last year and after that system was implemented the processing time for new form 4s has significantly decreased. I have a can I purchased last May that still hasnt been approved, but the one I purchased at the end of September I received 2 months ago.
