Nope, just print out the copy of the Form 1 that has the “CLEO COPY” at the bottom of the page and mail it to your Chief law enforcement officer at the address you provided when you filled out the eform under the section “cleo information”, that’s it. What I did was have it mailed with a tracking number so I have proof it was delivered. Whatever they do with it after it has been delivered it none of your concern. You have done your part in accordance with the law. Good luck to ya!
