A range can ask for whatever they want and deny you for any reason. I assume this is private property and not a state or federally funded gun range. Obviously we care about private property rights—correct? Hell they can even charge you a fee for bringing in outside ammunition. You still have to wear hearing protection at a range even with a silencer, and that’s not tacticool at all. Just go to the hills and run some drills.
