Turns out my dealer received my Form 4 Tax Stamp on 12/31/2019 but they messed up my phone number in there system. Drove down today and picked up my can.
Check Cashed 3/14/19
Approved 12/19/19
Dealer Received Tax Stamp 12/30/2019.

Overall 292 Days from Check Cashed to Received and 316 days from when it was filed with SilencerShop to Received.
