Approved December 11, 2019.
I was disapproved because by Form 1 serial ‘number’ did not include a number. Looking at the instructions it mentioned ‘unique’ serial number, but made no mention of having numbers/letter. I emailed them and I was told to resubmit, provide my old and new control numbers (and pay again, they will issue a refund) and I did so at 6:03AM on 12/10/19. I walked to the bathroom, came back at 6:09 AM and it was approved.
True story, good deal.
