Reply To: Form 4 Trust
So, I contacted a past examiner about my pending can. Asking since I have been waiting for 3 days shy of a year is there anything I could do. Well they replied to me and advised me the they changed it to a proceed from a pending, but it advised that it hadn’t been assigned a examiner yet, they added maybe the just had not taken it out of their box yet… this is a absurd that at a year it hasn’t been assigned yet.
