I purchased what turned out to be a defective barrel from Gemtech. I called their customer service number, talked to Kevin and he said return it for a replacement or refund. Everything sounded cool . Well, Gemtech received it over TWO-weeks ago, I have the receipt but then they went radio silent. I left four phone messages and one email, just trying to get a status but got nothing. No live person, no Kevin, only their voice mail. I think they are a reputable company, I think,but what’s up with the radio silence? Very unprofessional. Anyone else have problems with them? How best to handle it? They know I’m an attorney.
Any help will be apprecited.
